Something to not lose sight of here; pretty much every security agency gets dozens and dozens of "warnings" and "alerts" each day. It's not as if they are sitting around flipping cards into a hat with the teletype unplugged.

The secure installations I've worked at recieved cautions, alerts, warnings and threats on a regular basis.

There's an almost horoscope like quality to them, they're often so vague and numerous that no matter what happens or where, you'd be able to sift through the advisories and find something that makes you say "Daym!"

Please don't confuse folks with actual real world situations ..... it will give them headaches and could slow them down in searching out scapegoats ! Regards
