"DUH" on myself! My surgery was slated for 10/16! My mom's birthday was yesterday! (She had a nice hissy fit about my surgery being so close to her birthday!) It's been pushed back until March now. (More birthdays, but I can't help it!) I have Arnold-Chiari malformation, and the surgery is neurosurgery/brain surgery. It carries a nice, long recovery period with it. ;-p
