Some folks are so brainwashed and full of hate that they present a clear and present danger to our freedom.

If our government won't take care of the threat, eventually the citizens will have to rely on Rule 308.

And our government did such a crappy job of protecting us before and on 9-11 that I have zero confidence that they will protect us now. None. Zero.

Lot's of the seditious @ssholes in the media these days are stating it's unpatriotic to question anything our Goobermint does. Well as a parent and a citizen I have learned that if I can love my kids more than anything else in this country and still question their actions out of that same concern and love for their safety then by gosh doing the same to the Government of the people by the people goes with out saying . I don't trust my kids till they show a certain level of maturity and responsibility.

Sad to say that albeit our form of government is 225 years old it elected leaders have tenure for levels of 4 years at a time in most cases........just as I keep an eye on all 4 year olds in my care I keep an eye on my polidiots just the same.

May be a poor analogy on my part but it's how "I" feel about the issue. And just as I wouldn't rely on my 4 year old to keep me safe, I don't rely on my form of goobermint to keep me safe in my own country, state and home. I depend on them to keep the foriegn threat to me an mine at bay if they can't do it for whatever reason, then "I" as you state "must" get involved per your "rule 308".

Oh well rant for the day on my part is done. I as you are angry that American citizens still lay rotting in the streets of NYC and other alledged patriots (sunshine patriots IMHO) worry over the safety of our enemy, the way we will be looked at by the foreign community and what the pacifist socialist turn the other cheek crowd think come election time...........

We have people who we KNOW were actively supporting terrorists organizations, who, in the name of their religion, were gathering money for them and sending it off shore. Traveling around the country making speeches for years to a growing illegal population (and a "legal" one) in this country. Like that professor (yes, that's right a professor in one of our colleges) down in Florida.

The governments response is to pass more legislation that can be used against all of us and claim that it's "tough" to penetrate the veil of religion these people are using to hide their activities.

While I believe we cannot persecute a religion or people peacefully pursuing their religion, in the wake of 911, for many of these people the veil has been revealed to be nothing more than a smoke screen. In fact, before 911, there is evidence that our own authorities knew it but were immobilized because of an understood timidness.

Well, after 911 it is crystal clear that ANYONE actively involved in using their religion to gather money for, or lend support, comfort and aide to these enemies should not only be suspect, they should be languishing in a cell right now, and deported if not a citizen. Islamic cleric, Imam, or any other religious overtone notwithstanding.

If we don't, we are simply waiting for the next set of shoes to fall ... or, as we have discussed in the past ... waiting for the heat to build up sufficiently to bring the rest of the structure down around us, just like the towers came down.

In the case of the towers, the force was applied completely externally and nature and physics did the rest. In the case of our society, the force is coming from both external and long festering internal sources and "PC" attitudes about such things (including the very principles that our liberty is built upon) are doing the rest.
