FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) -- Former President Bill Clinton said Wednesday that the United States needs to help reduce global poverty and increase democracy around the world to fight terrorism. "It is no accident that the most fertile recruiting ground (for terrorists) is in poor countries," Clinton said. "It is much easier to convince people like that that their problems are caused by our success."

So, according to Mr. Clinton, by giving billions and billions of dollars to others countries we have less people wanting to kill us than we whould have if we didn't?
