I am still trying to figure all of this out. If Oklahoma had two federal judges approved yesterday, were others approved as well?

THe following is from senate web site. I don't think it means they were approved, just nominated:

? Nominations Confirmed (Civilian)

This document identifies civilian nominations confirmed by the Senate during the current Congress.

                      NOMINATIONS CONFIRMED (CIVILIAN)

The following civilian Executive Nominations were confirmed by

with an asterisk were approved subject to the nominee's
commitment to respond to requests to appear and testify before
any duly constituted committee of the Senate. The nominations
are listed to reverse chronological order based on the date of
      confirmation.

I know the Oklahoma ones were confirmed yesterday or at least according to the press release from Senator Nickles. That must mean this is the list that was submitted but not confirmed.

Maybe its both. Its possible those that got nominated were voted on with simple voice vote for unanimous agreement.

Don't you just love the Senate website -- hard to tell sometimes what is going on which I think is on purpose and it has gotten worse since daschle took over!
