It's a reference to wearing tinfoil headgear to pick up transmissions from the mother ship. The term is so overused by those who deny that any conspiracy to violate our laws could ever have been perpetrated by agents of our government that some of us have come to feel that if you aren't accused of wearing a tinfoil hat once in a while it means you haven't been paying attention.

Welcome. Unless I'm badly misreading your few posts thus far, I'll bet you'll have much to contribute.

I wasn't aware at the time I posted this that Mitchell had been on Imus. It moves the "Leak" up at least a notch toward the "Groundwork" status.

There'll probably be some more "groundwork" on the Sunday talk videos. Probably Russert.
