Maybe this is why Bubba needs attention as a victim of Sam 'N Ella today. Olson's book nails down his villianous acts.
As for the Sam n' Ella that Bubba recieved. News reports said that it was in a vial. This was probably sealed and carefully packaged to protect him from exposure. The package was probably opened by over-paid post presidential staff, and not Bubba himself.
The anthrax mailings on the other hand, seem to have been designed to infect anyone in the vicinity of the envelopes.
I wonder if Bubba sent it to himself to garner sympathy?
