Rep. Gary Ackerman, D-N.Y., doesn't think much of his colleague Cynthia McKinney's efforts to win a $10 million donation from Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal, and said so Friday in language usually reserved for R-rated cable television comedy.
"She can kiss my royal heinie," Ackerman told WABC Radio's Sean Hannity. "The great thing about America is you have a right to be wrong and you have a right to be a jerk and she's exercising her rights."
McKinney made a play for bin Talal's megabucks after the billionaire prince's donation was rejected by New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani over his statements suggesting that U.S. support for Israel was partly to blame for the Twin Towers massacre.
After suggesting that Rep. McKinney kiss one part of his anatomy, Ackerman told Hannity he had a similar idea in mind for the prince.
"Do you want to know the truth? I think Rudy should have rolled up that check and sent it back with a jar of Vaseline."
Hannity's reaction to Ackerman's colorful advice?
"When you get into trouble at the end of the day, don't blame me for dragging you into these statements," he told the congressman.

Rare statement from a New York Democrat. Good for him! Perhaps Mrs.Clinton would like to respond? Naaaaaah.
I must be getting soft in my old age.
