Well, if the OIC performance on August 16 in the AIM lawsuit in DC is any indication, they aren't much better. They didn't even know the particulars of the case. They just said "mistakes were made". I think that statement alone is enough to crack this thing open. But we'll see.

The Foster family is afraid, very afraid. Can you blame them?

The Foster family is afraid, very afraid. Can you blame them? Doesn't sound like the kids are afraid. Sounds like they've dug in their heels on participating in this charade. But if they are, Ashcroft could fix it and I'm still trying to figure out why he and by extension GWB is winking at murder by a sitting president.

BTW, at this point, even if the kids file affidavits, it will be suspect because they had a chance and didn't do it. Now if they turn up, it will probably be under duress.

I have done some counseling with family members who have survived suicide. They are often in denial and say "if only I had done thus and so..." If they have resigned themselves to the finding that it is a suicide, the thought of it being darker and in the realm of a homicide. That would be too horrible for them to fathom. So they stick with the suicide finding.I doubt that we will ever know for sure what happened because we sure are not in Kansas anymore.

I've also had extensive exposure to documents on family therapy for surviving members of a suicide. The ones I have seen are rather adamant that they would rather it be anything else but a suicide. Remember Tommy Burkett's mom and dad? His case is similar to Foster's. Same autopsy doctor. His mom and dad even took out TV ads trying to alert the public to a government coverup. I know because I helped produce the ad. They are acting normally. I don't know what your circumstance was but I've never seen it.

Not after what happened to Jim McDougal. The same reason that wife Susan kept her mouth shut. The 900+ FBI files must be particularly damning to have kept the hounds at bay for the last 9 years. "Craig Livingstone?....no... the name doesn't ring any bells."

clinton's legacy will be with us for a long long time. Their evil ways spread like ripples through our society poisoning America's culture.
To: Samizdat
Thanks for the quote.
Alan, I really appreciate your efforts. I am very optimistic about the long term cracking of this case.
Reasons: Not just Foster's kids but others have not been allowed to talk. Eventually due to your efforts and others they will talk and shock the world. Coverups tend to fall apart over time. People make deathbed confessions and write confessional memoirs. Some of the bad guys who threatened them get old and die.
There is no statute of limitations on murder. The murderers will not get away with it!

There are so many family members of clinton scandal victims who have remained quiet for so long. Think about the families of the 37 people who were obviously murdered by our government in order to knock out Ron Brown and other high ranking Commerce Dept officials in 1996. When you look at the details which were years ago developed by Chris Ruddy when he worked for Pittsburgh Trib Review, then it is obvious these people were murdered. And who were these people? A dozen or more were business executives from big companies. These people don't even seem to care about their own relatives being murdered by our government. Oh, I forgot, our nation is united now, I better shut up.

It would be interesting to see a picture of Foster lying serenely with the gun in his hand after allegedly blowing his brains out. It would be even more interesting to hear comments from law enforcement officers saying they've never seen a body come to rest in such an orderly fashion.
Is there any chance the other relatives could be compelled by the court to give their thoughts on the subject?

Besides, Webb Hubbell said it couldn't have been suicide.

"How could anyone want for their loved one to have committed suicide? That's not normal."
When JFK was assassinated, Jackie said that she did not want an investigation because "all of the investigations in the world wouldn't bring Jack back," or words to that effect. She did not need for the truth to be found out because she knew (well enough) what the truth was, that if the truth became known it would bring discredit upon her dead husband and his family, and that the disclosure of why JFK died would endanger her family's security, finances, and reputation.
It's pretty much the same thing here. This is par for the course with political assassinations. The last thing the family wants is justice.

Same here- I never had a problem with ...(Micheal Rivera), and he had some items- like the TWA 800 documents- that were hard to locate. Let me add to the Rivera chorus. I didn't with the conclusions he drew, and sometimes he shot from the hip, but he was a damn good researcher. His work on Vince Foster and the black/silver gun made a believer out of me (or you might say an unbeliever...in the official story).
MR, if you're reading this, I miss ya bud.

Who was the federal Judge who had the papers 'locked' up? Was he a Clinton appointee? I think a lot of letters are due this judge and the current DOJ. Vince Foster was murdered, question is how involved were the Clinton's in his death?
