Still can't get the Foster's kids or the other sister to file a simple declaration of objection to release of the photos? That's strange. Or maybe not. What is strange is the fact that Foster's widow and sister are willing, nay, wanting for it to be a suicide. How could anyone want for their loved one to have committed suicide? That's not normal. Its like they don't have any thought that maybe they could have stopped him or maybe they could have said something that would have stopped him. But not these two. They are fighting for it to remain a suicide. The kids and the other sister are acting normally. They want to know the truth. There must be a big family fight going on about now. I hope the kids come forward and insist on an honest investigation.

If they really believe he committed suicide, then, no, they don't want it dragged up forever, photos published, etc. I can even see wanting it to be a suicide in the face of niggling doubts (not that I'm saying they have them) but if he killed himself, the evil that killed him died with him. If he didn't, it lives on, victorious. That may be unfaceable for them.

This lawyer, Hamilton was in on the coverup from the git go. His brief is only 9 pages. He has no argument. Alan's was 42 pages. Check this out from Hamilton's brief:

"Surely, Ms. Moody can speak for her three children. Surely, Ms. Anthony can speak for her mother and sister.....this argument is another example of Mr. Favish's inability to gauge normal human feelings."

This is his explanation as to why the kids and the other sister have not filed their own declarations. No explanation. How do we know that Moody and Anthony speak for them? They are all adults now. They can speak for themselves. But even after Alan pointed out their silence, these people still can't get the kids to file declarations. And I'm sure they have been asked. Its the clinton MO. Affidavits was his name, perjury was his game.

Secondly, don't you just love the last part? That Alan can't gauge normal human feelings? I've got news for this Hamilton creep. It ain't normal for loved ones to defend a sloppily and underhandedly arrived at suicide conclusion. I certainly wouldn't want to think I had done or not done something that drove my loved one to suicide. But they do. Now that's not normal. I can't believe the court will buy this claptrap.

Good job Alan. I'm going to try to post your reasons for each photo from your brief if I can lift it off Acrobat. Those need to be hammered home for everyone.

That's not normal.

It's not. Families sometime border on delusion when they are in denial concerning a suicide. They want it to be an accident or something else. If there were any doubt (such as in this case), they would be scrambling for answers.

Same here- I never had a problem with the man, and he had some items- like the TWA 800 documents- that were hard to locate.

Here's a mountain of evidence that he did not commit suicide. More than a niggling doubt and they insist on it being a suicide in spite of it. No, something's wrong here. Sheila Anthony (Foster's sister) was very closely inside the evil clinton administration and was probably told some plausible story (something heroic that Vince did or something like that and it needs to be kept quiet) by them other than suicide and Lisa Foster has probably been threatened. That's what I think is going on here.

Its either that or threats. I know there was something about Lisa getting 200K right after they murdered Vince. But its hard for me to believe that she would participate in depriving her children of a father for money. I don't know people like that. I don't want to know people like that.

DNC cash, no way. Probably Riady cash or Ng Lap Seng cash or Tyson Chicken cash... and probably a lot more than the insurance would've paid if it weren't ruled a suicide.. assuming that the murder theory is true.

Am I correct in assuming that there will be a brief from the Independent Counsel's office also? I just read Hamilton's, and he cites only three cases (one of which is Favish's own and the other two are in footnotes), it's awfully short, and "feels" like he's just going through the motions. I can only assume that the "real" reply brief will come from the Independent Counsel's office. And the comment about posting the pictures on Favish's "over flowing web site"--what a crock! Hamilton should be embarrassed to submit work like this.

Hamilton must think the court will join him in his delusions (lies). He says:

"It may be that -- in some circumstances where matters have not been so thoroughly investigated as in the situation here -- there is an enhanced public interest in knowing how a public servant died."

What's this guy been smoking? Thoroughly investigated? That's what the whole lawsuit is about. It hasn't been thoroughly investigated and what has has pointed toward murder. Unbelievable.
