Am I correct in assuming that there will be a brief from the Independent Counsel's office also? I just read Hamilton's, and he cites only three cases (one of which is Favish's own and the other two are in footnotes), it's awfully short, and "feels" like he's just going through the motions. I can only assume that the "real" reply brief will come from the Independent Counsel's office. And the comment about posting the pictures on Favish's "over flowing web site"--what a crock! Hamilton should be embarrassed to submit work like this.

Well, if the OIC performance on August 16 in the AIM lawsuit in DC is any indication, they aren't much better. They didn't even know the particulars of the case. They just said "mistakes were made". I think that statement alone is enough to crack this thing open. But we'll see.
