Why Arab/Muslim anti-Semites are worse than the Nazis

One reason is that Third World evil is rarely taken seriously among Western elites. A second reason is the psychological and political need of Westerners to believe that Islamic societies are, with the exception of "a few extremists," tolerant societies. And the third reason is that Arab/Muslim anti-Semitism is dismissed as a temporary phenomenon that will disappear when Israelis and Palestinians make peace. But this belief inverts reality. The lack of peace between the Jewish state and its neighbors is not the cause of Arab anti-Semitism, it is the result of that anti-Semitism. Since 1948,there has been one reason for the Arab-Israeli conflict - the Arab/Muslim world rejects the concept of a Jewish (or any non-Muslim) state in its midst.

There is simply no place in the Muslim world to express dissent. Political freedom and all thought are outlawed, and brute suppression is the norm. In such circumstances, violence is seen as the only way of expressing dissent. Without political freedom, open debate, and the liberation of society to be civil, plural and humane the struggle against violence in the Muslim world will only increase with much more severe consequences. Instead of progressing with the rest of world, Islam has made them into unethical under-developed backward countries.

Talk radio has two Jewish treasures: Michael Medved and Dennis Prager. Both conservatives and both deeply committed to making the world a better place by enlightening their listeners. Straight, factual and forthright in their endeavors.

The Muslim world would not rely upon "blame the Jews" if it were not effective. Too many Americans fall prey to this evil, and it shames me, saddens me, and makes me damn mad.

It is incumbent upon Medved and Prager to continue their "crusade" and it's equally incumbent upon me, as a non-Jew, to refute fellow FReepers and all others in my daily life who either remain silent or who actually embrace that evil-speak.

Thanks for the bump. Good article. Any Christian who thinks that the Arab/Muslim anti-Semites only hate Jews and that Christians can ecumenicalize with them, is deceived. This looks like the end of the age war of all wars, initiated by the people of the devil, Islam, against the people of God.

Thanks for the growl, Sabe. I first encountered Dennis Prager as a frequent guest of Tom Snyder's TV show. I now see that he writes as well as he speaks.

There is always a danger of a determined terrorist attack, I have lived with that fact for almost 20 years, I still check my car every morning, still watch to see who is around, when I leave for work and come home.

If we the West upped and pulled out of the Middle East, of course it will hurt us, hurt are economy, but as they used to tells us in training pain is just another sensation to enjoy (Joke).

It will effect are way of life, but I don’t want a way of life that is reliant on supporting semi hostile dictatorships with a totally hostile population.

Its about time we stopped, and thought about what the hell we are doing spread all over the world supporting through military, economic and just food aid hostile governments and populations.

We should start a new economic alliance where we only trade with countries that meet a certain criteria, the main criteria being political and religious freedom, not building up some third world dictatorships army just because they are our friends today.

If we pulled out of all these dictatorships how long will they last, they cant even feed there own people.

Those at the top will be so busy keeping them self’s in power and fighting of internal rivals that they wont have time to bother with us.

Trading with them hasn’t worked, aiding them has worked, occupying there territory just leads to loads of body bags, and we still end up withdrawing because those who were born with nothing to lose and just blind faith will fight on and on and on.

We should set up are own trading bloc, countries can join it if they meet some simple criteria, mainly political and religious freedom.

If they want technical and economic help or aid they have to meet that criteria.

Going and taking over the Oil fields will just start the whole business of again.

I was thinking full quarantine.

Those who don’t want to live under the system, will not have the chance to escape to the West for a better or free life they will have to stay and either suffer living under the regime or bite the bullet and decide to fight back.

The chances of Islam even uniting in there own land is so remote that the possibility of them taking over the whole world is almost in the realm of fantasy.

Factor in the Nation of Islam (read: Black Muslims in America) and the scenario changes somewhat. Of the Muslims in America, I've seen estimates that 25% are Arabs... but 30% are African-American. And we know how they feel about blue-eyed devils.

They are surrounded by enemies and under constant attack. We are a huge country with oceans buffering both sides. The two situations are wildly different.
