Okay, it is good to keep things in perspective and avoid panic, but the proper precedence for chemical attacks would be WW One mustard gas attacks and Saddam gassing the Kurds, not the Tokyo Subway attacks.
My point is weaponized versions of these agents in trained hands are much more effective than amateur attacks of the Tokyo Terrorists.
