Yes, it will isolate us from the murderous jihadist savages in the Islamic world. It's NOT going to isolate us from Europe, Great Britain, Australia, China, and Russia, as well as the Council of Independent States (aka the "Icky-stans.") It certainly won't isolate us from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, or Hong Kong. Subsaharan (i.e. non-Muslim) Africa has more problems with Communism than radical Islam, but they don't turn down our aid for all that. It may not even isolate us from Iran (which is one of the odd reversals of this whole war.) As far as the jihadist savages, let them be isolated until they can show they're ready to join the rest of the world in the 21st century.

Addendum: nor will it isolate us from India - in fact, kicking jihadist rear will bind us closer geopolitically to the Indians.
