All fine if you are young and healthy. Not a good idea if you are in your sixties or prone to lung disease, as my wife is. I could and have done without them from time to time. Last year we did not get our shots and my wife nearly died, so we will get ours this year. As far as the ingredients, check a cereal box or any food and see what is in them. We, as a nation, have been imbibing that stuff and it has had the detrimental effect of changing our lifespan from 40 to 76 since we started adding poisions to our food. Most of these health nuts do not live any longer than the general population. But they usually look older.
