HAMILTON -- FBI agents yesterday confiscated property and searched records at a township apartment complex one day after detaining for questioning at least two men who had been at the residence.

The FBI raid comes on the heels of increased surveillance at the Greenwood Village Apartments, the same complex where Mohammad Aslam Pervez, a former Trenton Train Station employee under arrest in New York in connection with the terrorist investigation, once lived.

Asked whether she was referring to the World Trade Center attacks or the anthrax probe, [FBI spokeswoman Sandra Carroll] responded: "The two are not necessarily separate at this point."

Mohammad Atta et al lived near the first anthrax victim Lantana, Florida.

Now we find a roommate of the WTC hijackers lived near the Hamilton (Trenton) post office that is the focus of the anthrax mailings.

But of course, the anthrax mailings MUST be a RIGHT-WING conspiracy.

HMMM thats blows the Right wing groups Claim

But not necessarily the "domestic terrorism" claim.

Mohammad Pervez is a naturalized American citizen.

This is a different song coming from the FBI now...

I guess they gave up on the pro-life, right-wing Christian smear job. CNN was playing that tune last night in a bizzare feature that was titled "Terror Throught The Mail". It immediately dropped that facade and went after pro-lifers who didn't use the mail.

Azmath and Khan were arrested the day after the Sept. 11 attacks aboard an Amtrak train in Fort Worth, Texas. They were carrying $5,000, box-cutters and hair dye.

The "authorities" should let us know what color hair dye that is. For the time being I'd be sort of supicious of light haired strangers from the Middle East.

It appears that the lawyer mentioned, one Richard L. Gruber, is on the CLR ethics list for New Jersey. That list is for "the attorneys or judges who have been reported to have been disciplined by the State of New Jersey for unethical conduct, sued for malpractice, incarcerated, whom we understand have been charged with unethical conduct, or who have brought disrepute to the courts and to the legal business, etc."

I can't find exactly what he did or any other web presence of this guy, though.

Oops, didn't mean to post that Trenton area map yet. But since I did, the red star = Mohammad Pervez's apartment.

The Hamilton post office (one of the contaminated ones) is on Route 130, near Windsor Road (?), right side near center. (kylaka, have I got that right?)

Hamilton Square, the home of the cutaneous anthrax victim who is not a postal worker, is near middle of map.

The CIA was starting to float a denial that Atta had met with Iraqi intelligence. I saw the banner go across the screen once on CNN and then the Czechs confirmed that they had video and the banner disappeared. The 2 alphabet agencies can't be faulted for lack of effort in pinning anthrax on TVRWC.

I couldn't get that link to work. Interesting, though. It's hard to get a lawyer cited for unethical conduct.

You can find a cached version of that on Google by searching on his full name and attorney and New Jersey.

How far is this apartment from the one where the anthrax mailings were traced to?
