Thanks for the info SP....I was maily talking about bidders who pay Paypal with credit cards then do chargebacks.

Just a tip/suggestion on your 46'. You maybe should have jacked it up and gotten a photo or two of the frame if it is nice and solid. I know from reading your posts that you are man of your word and that if you say that it's a good parts car, or would be good for a recreation of an ol' style stock car, I believe you, but man, it is rough looking in that photo.

Good luck. I have bought some parts on ebay but no whole cars. Did you go and look at the ones you bought (or have someone look at them for you). I know a guy around here who buys late model Mustang 5.0's and fancies them up with new tires and accesories and HP engine mods (chips, exhaust, etc) and then puts them on ebay...he does "OK" usually and makes a few bucks (though not enough for his time & effort IMHO), but I am amazed that people who pay 10K to the low 20's for his cars and never come and see them or have them evaluated by a local mechanic. They just arrange for shipping and he sends them down the road.

I can't do that because right now I can't even bend over.

I know. I really should have taken the time to unload all the stuff from/on it and took better photos, but I was in a hurry. Most of the "rust" you see on it is actually Rustoleum Red Primer the previous owner sprayed on it. I'm basically selling the whole car for what the chassis and title are worth,so I didn't worry about it too much. I say "I am selling" because there is no reserve. Anybody can bid 500 bucks, and if nobody else makes a higher bid,it's yours.

No. I basically relied on their E-Bay rating. I already have the 38 at home and am driving it around a little. The 50 Lincoln is at another location in Idaho, and the 34 Dodge is still in Michigan. I was planning on storing them both over the winter, but the guy who bought the 64 Impala I sold on E-Bay lives in Detroit and wants me to deliver it. If he pays my expenses and a few bucks more,I'll pick up the 34 Dodge. It's only about 100 miles from Detriot.

BTW,the majority of the people who e-mailed me about the 64 Impala had screen names like "pimpdaddy1". No kidding.
