Do you believe that the DNC and Clinton administration committed serious crimes in Chinagate, Filegate, Emailgate, the death of Brown, the Riady non-refund? Yes. You forgot Fostergate, Cattlegate, Whitewater, and hundreds of dead people on the Clinton death list.

We are all losing our patience. Don't despair. You are listening to the wrong voices. Just note that the most vocal opponents of Judicial Watch and Klayman are also members of the "move-on" club. Almost to a man/women, they suggest we should just forget about murder, mass murder, treason, blackmail, election tampering, intimidation of witnesses, perjury, campaign finance illegalities, abuse of the FBI, abuse of the IRS, abuse of the military, etc. etc. etc. As Larry Elder would say, "Coincidence? I think not."

FW needs to link Browns death to the Clintons. That would be their road to fame. You are right. Brown's death is the Archille's heel of the Clintons and DNC. Just exhume and autopsy his body in the presense of some of the whistleblowers who made us aware of what happened during his "examination", and the whole house of cards will come tumbling down. There is no way to spin a mass murder or covering up a mass murder. Even the liberal media would choke on this case. NO EXCUSES.

Guys, Does a FOIA "request" require court action?? I don't believe so. Getting a response to a FOIA request is a far cry from winning a lawsuit - something which has yet to occur with all these JW actions.

Imagine the FBI arresting the X and his wife for terrorism! Gawd...in my wildest dreams. *sigh*

Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.
Keep on shining the light on the dirty deeds Larry...I don't see anyone else trying to actually DO something.

you may recall that I was one of JW's earliest supporters, and also that in the last year I have wondered just what the dickens was going on with them. But they are about the only group still pursuing these scandals. Let's hope something comes of it. That was my main point backhoe....I think it's important that someone does pursue these crooks....no matter how small each step is, atleast it's a step in the right direction....

I have been a member for a little over a year here at FR. I can't tell you how many threads like this I've read with the same old responses falling mainly in two categories:
Larry is a money grubbing, no results jerk
or
Larry is our hero and I hope he nails the Clintons THIS time..
FreeRepublic's recycling bin must be chock full of Judicial Watch threads!

"Guys, Does a FOIA "request" require court action??"
Only if the request is valid (non-personnell, National Security not truly involved, a few other valid reasons not to comply) and there is either NO response or a refusal to comply.
I believe that's all about to get Very Murky because of the "US Patriot Law", according to some recent things I've read.

Ashcroft & DOJ to investigate? Dream On. Haven't you seen the look this man - the man that couldn't beat a dead person in a politcal race. He knows the corruptness from top to bottom. He knows all of the lies that he must say & evil deeds that exists. That's why the look on his face-he has a conscience. Nothing is gonna happen to the the Clintons until you rid this goverment of practically everyone there now. Odds are that she will be the pres one day. The votes are there & if not they will be manufactured. Why, because there is NO opposition to them today, tomorrow or when she runs. Why is that . Because their political machine is still in place - it's only muffed for a short period.

It's hard not to want to give up....We've proven time and again that we REALLY want to punish the Clinton administration and that no matter how hard we try, we can't!
Whether or not you put your faith in JW is irrelevant. Clinton will get away with it all in many ways. However, paraphrasing from GW's speech, the "Clinton Years" will also share History's unmarked grave of discarded lies. That is the best we should expect!
To: upchuck
The people on this site can get on JWs butt if you like but the only reason they dont get anywhere is that all government covers up for one another.Try to pursue any matter local, state or federal and see who comes to your aide plus watch them cover up.There are no government overseers of anykind.Citizens Against Government Waste is a good outfit but they cannot bring any action to bare on the government because from the President on down they cover each others rear and steal us blind. All government is corrupt and China will eventually kick our behind because of the Clinton/Gore & Democrat Party.

the "Clinton Years" will also share History's unmarked grave of discarded lies. That is the best we should expect! NO. What we SHOULD expect is that Ashcroft, the DOJ, FBI, IRS, and military INVESTIGATE credible allegations of serious crimes (like MURDER, MASS MURDER, TREASON, ELECTION TAMPERING, BLACKMAIL, PERJURY) by members of the Clinton administration and DNC. There are NO EXCUSES for not doing so.
If that doesn't happen then the blame falls squarely on the BUSH administration. They become COMPLICIT in covering up serious crimes and that will make them UNTRUSTWORTHY, no matter how the "war" on terrorism turns out or how big a tax cut they achieve. If they won't INVESTIGATE crimes by democRATS, they cannot be trusted to investigate crimes by members of their own party. If it is politically EXPEDIENT not to investigate crimes by the other party, then it may be politically EXPEDIENT to commit crimes if that increases their chances of remaining in power (just like democRATS did).

Thanks for the heads up!

The flip side is of course that you get a "fund-raising" letter for the agency that is tasked with rooting out government corruption (and never does) every April.
You tell me which group is more successful and which is the better deal. In my mind, Larry wins hands down. The government drags its feet and he gets blamed. Remember, helps is on the way. Help for the continual cover-up that is. Bush hasn't done a damn thing about any of this and still your hard earned money is sent down the corrupt sink hole. At least you can tell Larry "No."
If you tell the government no, they put you in jail.
