More Than One Blast Reported – Many Feared Dead
(IsraelNationalNews.com) According to eyewitness accounts, there were at least two blasts at the start of the Ben-Yehuda pedestrian mall in downtown Jerusalem near Zion Square. Many believe that there were two suicide bombers. At this time, security forces continue searching for additional bombs. Dead bodies can be seen on the scene, along with body parts. In additional to the many injured, it appears many persons have lost their lives in the latest fatal terror attack.

Citizens Urged to Distance Themselves from Attack Area
(IsraelNationalNews.com) Police are pleading with the public to remain away from the scene of the terrorist attack in downtown Jerusalem and to clear city streets as emergency vehicles continue making their way to and from the blast site.

Jerusalem Police Chief Mickey Levy confirmed that a car bomb exploded a short time ago, most likely intended for rescue workers. It is believed that bomb detonated near or on Rabbi Kook Street. There do not appear to be any wounded from the car bomb, the third blast in the area.

Police stated that at this early stage, it appears suicide bombers on Ben-Yehuda Street near Zion Square in proximity of Rimon Café detonated two very powerful bombs. Bikur Cholim Hospital is reporting 13 victims arrived in light condition, as well as two moderate and one serious. One fatality is being reported in Bikur Cholim as well.
