I agree. It seems to me these folks have as good a reason or better, to search the police officers homes and confiscate their guns, while looking for the "stolen" gun.

I see that it doesn't matter that we are in America when it comes to our fine government. They are just sick, sick, sick and not on the side of any free and good American. I hope this Judge has some common sense and uses it.

Tenthirteen - That is not the case.

Because of the many, many, many documented events where cops have violated citizens rights (intentionally or unintentionally) I share my advice.

My advice is intended to protect you and your rights.

Nothing more, nothing less. It is not a blanket indictment against cops.

Bottom line - Never, Never, Never allow a police officer to step foot on your property without a search warrant.
