The "elite" media reports on the funeral but couldn't be bothered to call a doctor. I guess they didn't want to save the patient.

That there is no double media standard is the same as "reporting" that the Twin Towers are still standing.

Was Hedly Lamarr from Blazing Saddles the judge:

There might be legal precedent! Of course, Landsnatching . . . land, land, Land, see Snatch. Ah, Hailie vs. United Sates. Hailie: 7, United States: nothing. You see, it can be done!

Here we go again! In a few years there will be massive starvation among the black population of Zimbabwe. We'll hear plenty from the Media then!

The Supreme Court traditionally had only five judges until Mugabe expanded the bench to eight in July

So their President (executive branch) has legislative powers? Or is their Constitution simply a joke? (Unlike ours, which is merely treated that way by our representatives)

Alas for Zim,the decent into the Great Terror continues.

Adrian de Bourbon, the lawyer for the Commercial Farmers Union, had asked Chidyausiku and two other new appointees to recuse themselves from the hearing, alleging they had shown open allegiance to the ruling party and its land seizures. None of the judges stepped down. Monday's ruling described de Bourbon's request as "unbridled arrogance and insolence." "This is the first and last time such contempt of this court will go unpunished," it said.

Alas for Mr.de Bourbon also,I imagine things will not go well in his future too.

Yup, they've busted on clean through to the other side of the looking glass. Sheer unfettered madness on wheels.

Asking the court to act fairly when deciding whether or not to steal one's land is now defined as "unbridled arrogance and insolence"?

Words fail me.

Don't worry, the starving masses of Africa will just have to come over to America and Europe. Black Africa comprised only 7% of the world population on 1900 but will comprise 50% by 2100. Amazing population growth. They are certainly most successful in propogating their kind even if totally inept in every other endeavor such as feeding themselves.

Thanks for posting the future. The Zimbabwe Supreme Court reminds me of the Florida Supreme Court. The criminals in Africa are taking over by judicial fiat. The western media, by their lack of reporting, are setting us up for the future battleground. The liberal left music industry is arranging the score for "FEED THE WORLD II" and "WE ARE THE WORLD II" for the feelgood, mindnumbed, public school indoctrinated youth. The UN will amass more power as it establishes another "relief area" and forces the US taxpayer through our socialist (Democratic Party) government wing to econonmically and militarily ante up. And the beat goes on...

When they come beggin' for relief money for Zimbabwe, they ain't getting a dime from us. They caused their problems -- not just Mugabe, but the populace at large -- and they can starve with their problems.

"Zimbabwe court rules seizing of white-owned land legal."

In handing down their decision, the judges avoided all criticism by citing several precedents in U. S. case law...............
