There may be sufficient oil but, I'm afraid, New Jersey just ran out of land. Between highways, and parking lots, I heard they're moving the state capital to Pennsylvania.

What about all that land just south of exit 11 on the Turnpike?? There's plenty of room to put a statehouse there and even a parking lot so if they had to come from Teaneck or Bayonne they wouldn't have a problem! ;-)
