Allowing the gay community to use AIDS/HIV funding to promote gay sex is like a school using Federal funds to stop teenage smoking to sponsor cigarette sampling parties. Oh, I forgot, the liberal media will consider the gay programs as outreach programs.

Federal funding for STD's should be stopped, period. These diseases could be brought to a near-standstill if people would JUST BEHAVE!
