At first glance, I'd say that by Loral and Schwartz agreeing to this $14m fine, this makes Loral appear quite guilty - thus
- lending one heck of lot more credibility to the Loral Shareholders Case which is now pending in Judge Lamberth's federal courtroom!

Loral Space & Communications Ltd.'s Space Systems/Loral Inc. unit Wednesday agreed to pay a civil penalty of $14 million over seven years to settle charges by the U.S. State Department that the company passed sensitive missile technology to China.

Sounds like they got off cheap considering that treason carries a possible penalty of the death penalty.
