I remember several years ago I went to a restaurant. They gave me a sack with a container of sauce in it. They didn't put the lid of the sauce on correctly and without realizing it (or even opening the paper bag it was in) by the time I got home I had a pint of sticky sauce all over the seats of my car. It never really came out. I freely admit I was really ticked off. The employees are supposed to package the food properly. They know you are in a car and can't go over all the lids. Sorry D.O., Disagree STRONGLY. Just the other day, I picked up my coke and when the lid is not on correctly, the cup deforms inward, the lid pops off, and the contents spill all over your lap - and I hadn't even come CLOSE to getting it in my mouth yet! When the lid is on correctly, it provides the support to maintain the "O" on the top of the cup - which keeps all of the above from occurring.

Try it sometime.

When you think just how sleazy personal injury lawyers are, and then realize that - it appears - not a single one was willing to take this case, and now she of the toasted tatas has to represent herself, it's almost hard to believe. Just imagine - a case so stupid that a personal injury lawyer wouldn't take it. Wow.
