Way To Go! ... band-width queen.
I hit the "stop" button and peaked at the end... 23 posts and forever to load.
That's no way to build an audience.

I fear the recent friendly performance of a pair of political gamecocks (one GOP, one Dem) re Enron foreshadows the eventual outcome here. Methinks the fix is in, as usual.

Big bump!

Lott and the 99 other corrupt cowardly cullions are irrelevant to this discussion. It is the job of the EXECUTIVE BRANCH of govt. to enforce our laws.Who holds the purse srtings, makes the rules and oversees the investigations? If the senate doens't want someone or something investigated, it won't happen, it IS releveant.
Do you believe that Bush will push hard if he doesn't have senate backing?

Thanks, Mia.
I'm glad you're not one of those 'moving on'.

- We shouldn't allow bandwidth concerns trump bandit concerns,
- A clinton-crimes catalog is bandwidth-heavy, by definition.

- Someone recently tested the monkeys-on-typewriters bit trying for the plays of Will Shakespeare, but all they got were the plays of bill clinton.

Excuse me....But when a person cuts through the bold print you bombard us with.....what does it all mean? Is it just ancient history.....or do you justify this bandwidth overkill with some real hope for justice against the Clinton maggots? The facts are there, for those with eyes to see.

Thanks for the ping! Lots of food for thought here! I really liked the part about the comment on "circumambient brains!" Keep up the good work!

- You make a good point.
- But a president has the bully pulpit; and I think Bush has the moral authority right now to use it unimpeded.

But even as Clinton fails to grasp the scandal's metabolism

he understands all too well its most significant byproduct.

You can see it in his eyes.

It is natural for man to indulge in the illusions of hope.
-
We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth,
-
and listen to the song of that siren
-
till she transforms us into beasts.
-
Is this the part of wise men,
-
engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty?
-
Are we disposed to be the number of those
-
who, having eyes, see not,
-
and having ears, hear not,
-
the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation?
-
For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost,
-
I am willing to know the whole truth;
-
to know the worst, and to provide for it.

I truly hope something comes from these emails.

The original release of this info was posted on January 17 and than another later on so there is a bit of repetition.
But....its all OK except that alot of bandwidth is used with giant script, pictures etc which eats up what is available for the rest of us.
Nonetheless....Mia is ok in my view...in there digging.

Clinton goes to jail?
It will never happen, Mia T.
The Clintons have the Bushes by the short hairs. Both were involved in the massive drug smuggling from Central American in the 1980s that was used by the CIA to support the Contra war. The Clintons would undoubtedly use blackmail on this subject to protect themselves. Can you imagine the President and the Republican establishement setting themselves up for a situation in which the Clintons tell all, and George H.W. Bush, past President and father of the current Prsident, goes to jail for violating the Boland Amendment and for DRUG SMUGGLING.
Jail for the Clinton's? It just isn't going to happen.
