Pray tell how Noah got 2 of every animal on that ark along with the food needed to feed them all for forty days and forty nights and how in the world did him and the few people with him take care of them all, feeding and watering them. Plus look at how many animals there are in the world, also how did the birds get from the ME back down to AU, or the penguins back to Antartica? Answer these questions because inquiring minds want to know.

As far as care and feeding, several possibilities make it asomewhat easier a task...
First, the animals on the Ark could have been babies.
Second, many could have been hibernating.

Since most Creationists stipulate some level of microevolution, it might not be necessary to have two African and two Indian elephants. Having a pair of babies requires far less space and food.

Birds fly and penguins swim. Stick with Kangaroos on this one.
