I can answer that, seeing as I grew up on the Weesstt Siiiide of Detroit :):)
Somerset is an upscale mall, with all the high-end Dept Stores like Nordstrom/Saks/etc.. I believe you could compare it to Gurnee or even shopping on Michigan Ave. If you ever head to Detroit for a gymnastics meet, you might want to check it out. Even if you can't afford to drop $1k, just walking the corridors, window shopping, and people watching is a happy event (at least for me :). See this for some info. As high end as this mall is, I can's believe they don't have a presence on the web...looks like a money making opportunity to me. :)
