This is not close to Charlotte, Dog ..... but Charlotte has 2 nuke power plants nearby plus it is a financial center ..... headquarters of Bank of America, for example.
There was a story on a local tv web site the other day that said that on a scale of 1-10, Charlotte would be about an 8 as far as risk factor.
