If Debby cares to do a little research in the Federal Register in the wake of Bush's decision, her heart will soar to hear that it's only "wanted" human lives already implanted who will count as "children".

The rest of the unborn -- naturally conceived or Excess Manufactured (like the "already been killed" commodities Bush's ESCR program uses) -- have a special Non-Person status ensuring that the Good Business Practices of Planned Parenthood, the NIH and all who turn a profit on the manufacture, sales and purposeful destruction of human beings for profit enjoy an absolute protections that human life does not.
