I know. I read the headline wrong and my heart leapt.

The title should read "Oliver Stone Kisses Castro."
The newspaper said Stone was a favorite of Cuban cinema- lovers "since 'Platoon', a film which criticizes the lamentable U.S. military adventure in Vietnam."
Why doesn't this surprise me? Maybe because Platoon is such a blatant piece of communist propaganda. Thank God we will finally have a movie that honors our Vietnam War Heroes.

This should remove any doubt regarding Stone's usage of film to promote and advocate communism.

Question: Is oliver stone a US citizen?
And if so revoke it and never let him in. Personna non grata!!!!!!!!!!!
What an IDIOT!!!!!!!

He's the modern Leni Riefenstahl.Leni Riefenstahl was a great artist, and eventually (much too late) developed a conscience. For this reason, it is an insult to her to compare her to Stone, who is vastly her inferior on both counts.

U.S. film-maker Oliver Stone is in Havana making a documentary on Cuba and its president, Fidel Castro "Oliver Stone Documentary" : say that with a straight face.

I didn't mean to compare their filmmaking talent, just their willingness to make movies lionizing dictators. However, to Riefenstahl it was just a job, Stone actually is a true believer in Castro.

I thought he died recently. Or was that another Communist film director?
To: My Identity
At least Stone is now openly admitting that he produces communist propaganda. :)
Hopefully the backlash he gets over this will clue the sheeple in that his other "historical" movies are really leftist propaganda as well.

Stone actually is a true believer in CastroCastro most likely would not be a true believer in Oliver Stone. Oliver dosen't understand that if he produced a movie as a Cuban citizen, his work would be done exactly as Castro and The Party said it would be done or not at all.

It is really disgusting to see that there are people who are still infatuated with evil misfits such as Stalin, Che and Castro, escapes comprehension. Fidel Castro is a multi-billionaire who has become the greatest feudal lord in history while bringing down his country to abject misery. Castro owns the wealth of the whole nation. The greatest source of income for Castro is drug money laundering and slave trade. Castros main hobby is international terrorism, and his lifelong dream, the destruction of the U.S.
To see American senators, representatives and governors and Hollywood millionaires acting as de facto lobbyists for Fidel Castro against the interest of the American taxpayers and the security of U.S. is absolutely revolting.

Unfortunatley Stone will make a movie that will try to portray Castro in a good light. I'm sure Castro loves all the U.S. elected officials and celebrities who lionize him.
