Will the gentlemen now dedicate his life to hunting down the Great Swordfish?

I guess they'll call the movie "Swords". I like Russell Crowe as the updated Quint - maybe they'll call him Sextus.

Now, if only they would close the boat show loophole.

Imagine all the lives that would be saved if everyone who owned a boat actually knew how to navigate it.

The police must have stumbled on a film crew working on Grumpier Old Men.

For Hunter Thompson devotees:

Dear Ralph,

Yes... the fish was looking me straight in the eye when I reached far out over the side and bashed his brains loose with the Samoan war club. He died right at the peak of his last leap: one minute he was bright green and thrashing around in the air with that g-dd**mn spear on his nose trying to kill everything within reach...

And then I smacked him, Ralph. I had no choice. He went limp with the first hit, about two inches behind the same eye he was using to look at me... and in fact my first instinct was to go for the eye itself, but I altered the swing at the last split second, because I knew that kind of hideous mutilation would raise unpleasant questions at the pier" --Hunter Thompson, "Curse of Lono", pg146 (1983)

I have lox more fish puns. However, it would be shellfish of me to use them. No one wins a pun war.

You're right - it is always ends in a scalemate!

A pun is the worst vice, and there is no vice verser.

Thank you, thank you very much. Seeing as I stole about 95% of that from a song, I'll make a great Hollywood-type or Democrat. Unfortunately neither appeals to me.

LOL...my guess that commercial is from England, Scotland perhaps? BTW, if you smoke 'em I suggest apple or alder wood at 120 degrees after marinating in a brine of Kosher salt, brown sugar for 8-24 hours then air dry for a few more. Works well with king and billfish

That it did! And look! It pointed me right in the direction of your favorite spot to keep your boat! How handy.
