-Span is scheduled to air the oral arguments in Flowers vs. Carville on Saturday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. EST.
Judicial Watch filed the case in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of Gennifer Flowers. The lawsuit charges James Carville, George Stephanopoulos and Stephanopoulos' publisher, Little, Brown & Co., with defamation and false light. Hillary Clinton is also named in the defamation lawsuit.
Larry Klayman represented Flowers and David Kendall represented Sen. Clinton in the historic court proceeding Feb. 14.
Klayman "charges that Hillary and the gang ruined Flowers' reputation during the 1992 presidential campaign by launching personal attacks in the hopes of discrediting her Bill Clinton sexcapade stories," the New York Post reported.
"According to the suit, which was thrown out of federal court two years ago, Hillary was eyes-deep in garbage herself, hiring a private eye to dig up dirt on Flowers."
Hillary, Carville and Stephanopoulos are accused of spreading rumors that Flowers tampered with her evidence. At the hearing, Carville's lawyer claimed that the term "doctored" was not defamatory, but a judge was doubtful.
"He asked: 'What if someone accused me of doctoring a legal opinion? Wouldn't that be defamatory?'" Klayman told the Post.

The bald vulture has been living off the Clinton PAC for years. How does that nice wife put up with him?

Why would anyone show?

"Nice wife"??? Listen to her interviews these days; she sounds like she's turned into a total rummy.....she's only 2 clicks away (vocally) from sounding like Susan Estrogen.

I haven't heard her in the recent past. She's been a very dedicated party member for some time and I have always liked what she's said. I simply wrote the relation off as love conquers all.

I can't bear to look at James Carville. He's Satan's eldest son. I can't even believe he has a wife, that someone in this world actually sleeps with him. Love truly is blind. She's got a stronger stomach than me. I'd die of morning sickness to wake up with that in my bed. Yeeccch!

Maybe record this.

Line them paper bags with plastic, and they make great get-sick bags, too.
There is no paper bag made on earth thick enough to hide Carville's hideousness. Excuse me while I go retch...just seeing his name in print turns my stomach.

Just read that Dashole has axed a stimulus plan designed to assist NY in it's efforts to rebuild. I wonder what Hillary's feeling are about Dashole killing it and how she feels for her constituents now that she's front and center.
