Do they consider Daniel Pearl more valuable than Yankel Rosenbaum? If so, why might that be?

Yankel Rosenbaum was Australian. No Israeli citizenship.

Facts, always facts from you. I don't think that's not what he was probing for. And if the comments are out there in the public domain, I don't they would fit his agenda.

No Israeli citizenship.

Perhaps Pearl who was an Israeli citizen

Thank you for that important tidbit! Why wouldn't Limbacher include that salient fact in any news story that reports on the strident reaction within the highest offices in Israel to the murder of an ostensibly American reporter, Jew or not? That's a critical part of the story, integral to understanding Israel's response. Who'd leave that reference out? Unless the reporter didn't dig deep enough to know. Man, journalists suck today.

Honestly, I'd never heard before tonight that Pearl was an Israeli citizen ... I assume he had dual citizenship? I don't recall any news outlet mentioning that he was an Israeli as well as a Wall Street Journal reporter. Being an Israeli digging for information in the back alleys of Karachi, Pakistan adds an additional level of recklessness and hubris on the part of this reporter and the WSJ to the equation.

You know, I don't recall any News Outlets even identifying him as a Jew until his death. I'm sorry, that makes a difference in that part of the world. It's important background information. Maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention. The guy obviously had a passport in his possession - the kidnappers knew his background.
