Carter said he thought it would take years to repair the damage done by that statement.

Just like how we are being damaged to this day as a result of the Iranian Hostage "Charlie Foxtrot?"

Remember that HillBillery Clinton is the most responsible for raising the general Americans opinion of Jimmy Carter!

Carter is frantically campaigning for a Nobel Peace Prize before he assumes room temperature. Very unseemly but not embarassing to Dems without shame.

Half the time, I wish they'd give him the D**N prize, so he will go away and SHUT UP.

I call him Jimmy ("Neville Chamberlain") Carter. He went to North Korea and sold his country down the river in order to build his resume for the Prize. He ensured that we will one day face a nuclear-armed North Korea...and the body bags are due to him.

I won't forgive the bum after what he put our nation through with the Iranians. A friend of my who worked at DOD read the mission report after we sent special forces into Iran. Carter basically panicked and froze, and the commander on the ground made the decision to leave after Jimmy couldn't. Carter is and was a wimp, and his voice carries no weight with me.

God bless George Bush.

Jimmy Carter is described in one word. The same word you can describe Klinton. Failure. That's the only word you need.

I am tired of hearing the latest inanities from this perenially pious pontificating pissant of an ex-president.

Screw him and thank God he is no longer president.

On the other hand, maybe I should be grateful for him because it was during his disastrous presidency that I lost my faith in liberalism.

Great post; Thanks.

Jimmy Carter.

Panama Canal giveaway, Iran hostage crisis (444 days), super-inflation, gas shortages, malaise, on and on it goes, the Carter legacy of total failure.

Now, the old 'carpenter' regularly crokes out DNC talking-point criticisms of President George Bush, which is his constitutional right of course, but every time 'Jimmah' opens his mouth, the comparison between him and Bush is clear and Carter's many failures as President are once more brought to the surface where they are shown to represent his muddled thoughts and foolish actions while sitting in the White House and his total uselessness now. The man is a fool and he just makes it painfully obvious every time he speaks in public, especially on foreign policy. It's pathetic.

Advice to Jimmy Carter: Shut up. You're not going to win the Nobel prize. Your Presidency was a bad dream for most of us who experienced it and most everyone else knows it by now. No one cares what you think about anything. You know nothing, you contribute nothing. You are not better than anyone. Just...shut up.

I have tried to remain civil about this pathetic excuse for humanity but I loath the b@$t@R[).

Like many of you, I'm a Vietnam Vet.

Some will understand what I'm saying and some will never understand. Some of us who served in 'Nam saw and did things that no one should have to think about, let alone see or participate in!!

WE WILL LIVE WITH THE DECISION WE MADE UNTIL THE DAY WE DIE!

THE BA$T@RDS WHO DODGED THE DRAFT SHOULD BE LIVING WITH THEIR DECISION, just like we vets are.

When slimeball Carter issued his blanket pardon to the DD, IMO he denigrated every VETERAN who has every served and I will despise the ??whatever it is?? until the day I die!

Please pardon my rant.

Speaking of white welfare trash. Don’t forget that the Carters own a permit to grow and sell peanuts. This was acquired during the Roosevelt administration. It is illegal to grow and sell peanuts without a federal permit. Furthermore it is illegal to import peanuts. Thus, having one of these farming racketeering permits allows you to print, or steal, money. So, basically, the Carters have been sucking off the federal teat for nearly half a century
