Tonight, I am separated, and now I'm truly alone.

When FR goes "down" as in takes a dump and goes offline, you will find the sister site fills up.

Don't do or say anything stupid. Behave like a gentleman. Don't close any doors. Be a man about it. Don't leave the home until you contact a lawyer. Consider the probability that she has a boyfriend and deal with it. Women never do anything like this unless it's a sure thing.

God is right there with you. He knows how you feel. Pour your heart out to him. He's always there to listen and give you peace. I find the Psalms to be very comforting in trying times. Go find a Bible and read a few Psalms! Maybe now is a good time to get hooked up with a church or something, and meet new people who are caring and sympathetic. Just my .02.

My wife and I seperated for about 6 months in 93...I was lost and confused...Then I heard the Spirit's whispers, that God loved me...wretch that I am, in spite of who I was... my wife and I are together, and we're closer than ever...

All I'm saying is, where there's faith, there's hope...I don't know what your future holds, my friend, but you never walk alone...my prayers will be with you...

I too were where you are tonight. The end may appear near, but believe me, your children still love you, and will not forsake you.

Have faith in yourself, you are not a failure. You will endure this, as have many before you, and make your goal one that will build your love for your children, and they for you. The children will save you.......

Right now, one thing has changed. Change everything. New clothes, new place to live, new associates, new habits, perhaps even new job. If lots of things are new it makes you not focus on the one thing. Thats my experience. If you don't like the way it is, start changing things.

You also might choose something to focus all your energy on for awhile. Work, education, or something else. It is amazing how focused you can get on something during situations like this.

You will also go through a lot of circular thinking. It does end after a while.

My friend, here's my advice for what its worth:

Work out, work hard and let every day be a holiday in your F*&%in' World. If you do that, I know you'll have a

New Horizon.

Jimbo

I can't turn the computer off...that's my business.

BTW, the "puppies" are part of the overall problem...three Dacshunds and a German Shepherd.

When the cold months roll around, they get "lazy", and don't like to do their business outside, but on my floors, rugs, etc.

My once beautiful house smells of dacshund piss. Try living like that for a few years. It adds to the overall problem. I'm not a slob, and I don't think "normal" people like to live like this. I won't. Not anymore.

It hard to imagine starting over, or that anything will ever be ok again, when you have had your heart ripped out of your chest.

I lost my daughter, my house, went bankrupt and was sure my life was over.

It isn't so. It was hard, took a long time. I have a wife I love, a young son and eventually got custody of my daughter. She is married now to a nice kid and I have a grandson.

When you look at the start of a long, uphill journey, you wonder how you can ever do it. When you look back on where you have been that journey never seems like it was so long.

Chin up, you will get there. There will be long, sad days, but believe me, you will get there. You will be better for it. And don't forget to ask God when you are weak.

FReegards.

A prescription from someone who has been there.

First, your not alone. God is by your side, lean on him real hard. Second, go for long walks where there are people. Third, make appointment with clergy person right now for tomorrow. Fourth, make appointment with psychiatrist. Fifth if you have the funds hire a private investigator to discover your wifes lover (it'll ease your conscience).

Was just trying to help.

Now, have some sense of pride and start acting like a man, you wimp. It's becoming evident why your wife left you.

Footprints In The Sand

One night a man had a dream. He

dreamed he was walking along

the beach with the Lord.

Accross the sky flashed scenes

from his life. For each

scene, he noticed two sets

of footprints in the sand;

one belonged to him, and the

other belonged to the Lord.

When the last scene of his

life flashed before him, he

looked back at the footprints

in the sand.

He noticed that many times

along the path of his life

there was only one set of

footprints. He also noticed

that it happened at the very

lowest and saddest times in his

life. This really bothered

him and he questioned the Lord

about it. "Lord, you said that

once I decided to follow you,

you'd walk with me all the

way. But I have noticed

that during

the most troublesome times in

my life there is only one set

of footprints. I don't understand

why when I needed you most

you would leave me.

The Lord replied, "My precious

child, I love you and would

never leave you. During your

times of trial and suffering,

when you see only one set of

footprints, it is then that

I carried you."
