So far, good enough. But, my question is, who are the 90 members that refused to vote in condemnation of pedophilia?

Maybe they actually read the paper that was being condemned and realised that it didn't say what everyone claimed that it said. As such, they couldn't vote yes or no because the resolution was based on a false premise.

(I thought only one abstained -- I'll have to check the number of Representatives for 1999).
