Just heard (John Gibson Fox News Live)that the Amerciacn Red Cross of Orange County thinks that, Students shouldn't be singing the American the Beautiful or God Bless the USA at a salute for 9-11 Volunteers.
Reason someone might be offended.
Also, it appears that they are offended by the Declaration of Independence, because it is a Political Document.

As far as I am concerned you have lost your right to be *offended* !!! You have just offended America!!!
1) You should take the *American* out of your name.
2) You should take the word *Cross* out of your name.
3) You should refund the money you collected for 9/11 and start getting it from other countries. You obviously despise America, Americans and the lousy millions of dollars you raised off us!!!
To Whom It May Concern:
After listening and watching a cable television show following the earlier reading of articles that seemed to be exaggerating the patriotism of the Red Cross, I was astounded to learnt that what I thought was a lie, tirned out to be the truth.
This is not a rambling vengeful message, rather a note of great disappointment. To learn that the Orange County Red Cross forbid people from singing songs such as God Bless America, America the Beautiful and God Bless the USA is way beyond my comprehension.
You claim, according to reports on the air, that you cannot offend anyone. Well, that includes me and your actions certainly offended me. Although I am only one person, rest assurred, that all of my friends and acquaintances shall learn of your apparent anti-American tactics.
You might be interested to learn that it is Americans who donate to your organization that continue to keep your operation in business. My first contact shall be our parish church, which frequently has blood drives on your behalf to make sure that all the veterans as well as the parishioners there become aware of your philosophy. It seems peculiar that the Orange County Red Cross is fearful of upsetting terrorists and others opposed to the USA.
If the Red Cross is ashamed of God Bless America and other such signs of patriotism, then your organization should post this policy at all your blood banks and you should include it with all your letters that seek donations so all might become aware of your true colors.
Your actions are frankly despicable.
Dear Orange County Red Cross:
I am sending you this flag in hopes that it may jog your memory as to the nation and its symbols under which you enjoy the freedoms you so carelessly abuse. It will be the last contribution I will ever make to the American Red Cross.
My mother is a nurse, and she is among the nominees for one of ten Golden Circle Awards to be presented Sunday by the Orange County Red Cross. The awards "recognize volunteers for their dedication to delivering services to those in need throughout Orange County". My mother has been a volunteer since 1982 in Disaster Health Services. The awards will be presented during the Red Cross' annual volunteer recognition luncheon from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine.
Any further information and documentation that anyone can obtain would be highly appreciated. If for some reason you can't post it, please Freepmail me.
