It is nothing short of astonishing that a state as wealthy as, and possessing the tax base of, California is in the red.

I would half-way like to see Davis win a second term.

Few in the country are going to truly understand the evils and flaws of liberalism unless a state like Cali plows into the dirt.

It is kind of sad how Republicans keep bailing out Democraps. The Pubbies inflict the medicine, take the blame for the pain, fix the fiscal problem, and when the situation eases people go back to the trough and vote for more empty promises.

Not when you consider the 'redistributionist' golden rule--"Tax everything that is earned, and spend MORE than that securing your re-election."
