Looks like there will not be a budget until after November. Yeah the Rats constituencies like the teachers unions are squealing about the lack of one but tough luck. They'd never vote for the GOP in a million years. I'd say Republicans should sit back and watch the Rats self-destruct. Its gonna be a fun summer and autumn and who knows, maybe a winter too.
