The league behind a capital ballot measure can be called 'outsiders.'
Opponents of a measure to cut a Sacramento city tax won the right Friday to refer to the Sacramento County Taxpayers League in the voter pamphlet as "outsiders."
The taxpayers league is sponsoring a Nov. 5 ballot measure to reduce the city utility users tax from 7.5 percent to 2.5 percent. The tax is levied on city residents' monthly gas, electricity, cable and telephone bills.

With the group of RATS running Sacramento planning to bail PG&E out of their bankruptcy with California tax dollars, why pay a tax on it???
How can local municipalities tax a tax by the state? Isn't that illegal? Oh, it's Demroncrats...
