Gov. Gray Davis made it clear this week that he would oppose a Republican move to pay state vendors and others whose money has been cut off by the two-month state budget impasse.

This is the Republicans Waterloo, right now they are bloody and in a corner with the white towel getting ready to throw in. This can be said that the whole world is watching to see what these Republicans are made of.
