But didn't I read that Nofziggerzagger went to work for Pat Buchannan? Oh, NO! It was Ross Perot!!! He was probably what Ross was calling the "crazy ain't in the basement!"
The guy didn't like Russo back when they both worked for Ronauldus Magnus!!!
These consultants are becoming money grubbling parasites that are ruining campaigns! Remember the shennagians during "W's" campaign with the mailing of pants, etc? They are also WHORES that will sell out a candidate for money and recognition. They don't have an ounce of party loyalty. At least most of them don't.
They'll come around to State & Local candidates and try to sell the idea that they know all the ins and outs of the "other side" and should work for you as a loyal proponent!!! It's all Bull Scat!!!

"The Delphi Technique"
is an unethical method of achieving consensus on controversial topics. It requires well-trained professionals, known as "facilitators" or "change agents," who deliberately escalate tension among group members, pitting one faction against another to make a preordained viewpoint appear "sensible," while making opposing views appear ridiculous.Divide and Conquer by another Name
Randy Thomasson is on THE LIST OF DISRUPTERS
This list is to be used to prevent any more
money being sent to this jerk.
I think it is time to start digging the dirt on this guy. ! ! !

Speaking as one who participated in the very first Agenda21 in the US, I have personal knowledge of how it is to get "consensed." There is however an error in your post.
The Delphi Technique was originally an analytical decision tool designed for circumstances in which time is critical and critical information is lacking (such as immediately after a nuclear disaster). In that respect it is no different than any other management decision-making tool (such as Kepner Tregoe).
Delphi has since been morphed into a way to bully people into planned outcomes. You are confusing the originalDelphi Technique with its unethical adaption. There is a chapter about it in my book.

My question is:
Did Russo work for Lungren, Fong, and so on? There is too much similarity in the shoot-myself-in-the-foot and do-anything-to-lose campaign tactics recent candidates have used. What is the common thread?

I think you are putting the blame for Simon's homosexual misstep in the wrong place. According to Randy Thomasson, he tried and tried to get Simon's campaign to renounce the Log Cabin Club questionnaire.
They hemmed and hawed and bumbled it. No doubt about it. Didn't it take a good week for Simon to come out and clarify his position? A week is an eternity in a political campaign. They should have had a clear, unambiguous statement out the very next day.
It is hardly Thomasson's fault that Simon's campaign wouldn't respond. Nor is it Thomasson's fault that Simon's campaign got itself in this pickle in the first place. They never should have answered the questionnaire in the first place.
Now Simon is a political neophyte and probably didn't understand what a pickle his campaign had gotten him into (kinda like his problem with not releasing his tax returns), but you would think that there must be SOMEONE in his campaign who knows SOMETHING about politics. :-(

Thomassons is a mole and he has been putting on a show for the church going people to get those contributions. I will have an update on Mr. Thomasson soon.

"These consultants are becoming money grubbling parasites that are ruining campaigns!"Remember Mattilin & Carvile? A classic example of love at first buck!!!

Yeah, I saw this earlier. Shades of NJ all over again. I've got no problems with CA Pubbies being frustrated with Simon's campaign. I have a huge problem with them intentionally sabotaging his campaign and aiding the corrupt Grayout Davis.
Its another chapter of RINOS refuseing to support conservatives. We are expected to show up but instead of our policies supported we get crumbs and excutive orders. Wow I feel soooo excited about voting this november.

Simon, it appears, is too liberal. At least for my taste. Simon is being portrayed as being too liberal by RINOs, and Davis operatives.
