Which poll are you talking about? Davis is still under 50%, and Simon is still stuck in the 30s. But there are plenty of undecideds, and Dems are not enthused about this election.
I read a news story while on the Simon campaign bus Sunday (using my new Danger(tm) HipTop Wireless Internet Connectivity Device + Cellphone) saying Simon was up 41% to 36% among likely voters, a statistic that didn't surprise me at all. I just wonder if that was before or after this stupid apology flap.
Unless you're talking about another 41-36% poll, that was a Public Opinion Strategies poll done for Simon in mid Sep.
