Well, this is one case where the Republicans can sue if they lose the election. I have a feeling that the conservative Fourth Circuit would be very happy to follow the precedent of the Eleventh Circuit's
Roe v. Alabama, 68 F.3d 404 (11th Cir. 1995).
Plus, I have a feeling U.S. Attorney DiBiagio may have something to say about these shenanigans.
