Curious.... what will "total collapse" look like, and will it really be noticed much by regular people who get up and go to work and try to raise families and be left alone?
Or is all the hand-wringing by the scumbag Democrats and their liberal press mainly due to concern about the parasites and the socialist welfare state?
I guess what I'm askins is, "When California's government collapses, will there be any significant change.... for you?"
