I was just giving you what the dictionary would tell you. Yes, it matters to people who they sleep with, but the essential act is the same. That's why there are not different terms.

I didn't say it wasn't a big deal to the individual. And you can break it down even further.. it's a big deal if you cheat on your wife or husband (most marriages, anyway), even if the cheating you do is heterosexual in nature.
