Good, so does this mean we can finally start weeding out Communists too, or are they still a protected species?
While communism in every form that it has been implemented has been an unquestionable failure (and it's utterly impossible to implement it in an "ideal" setup outside of Fantasyland), it is currently not illegal to advocate such an intellectually bankrupt economic system, though such advocacy could be considered when determining qualifications for an economics or political science professor (unfortunately many universities seem to see it as a positive quality rather than a negative one)

Though they have a constitutional right to advocate any particular change of policy, I'm very skeptical about the claim that they have a constitutional right to be free from discrimination in hiring to government positions. Even though the courts seem to disagree with me when it comes to Communists, I find it curious (and encouraging) that in the case before us they appear to be reversing course.
