btw, I've no interest in debunking every myth you care to throw out here. You've shown yourself to be either completely gullible or ignorant or blatantly deceptive. I don't care to debate someone who intends to engage in fiction and pseudoscience in an attempt to deceive the public for the purpose of promoting an agenda. Your nonsense does not deserve that kind of validation.

Termed or not, doesn't take a genius to figure out "transgender rights" is a joke... sorry, this law is clearly result of bad election decisions by the people of Cali... they are getting their comeupance for decades of ignoring factual reality in favor of political correct letist nonsense.

A bill currently on the Gov's desk gives 6 weeks PAID leave for an employee who has any kind of family situation they feel they need to address. State has the list of allowable reasons for Paid time off, and employer has no say in it. Time can be taken in one lump for a new baby or in 1 hour increments for a "headache".
Rush was right- he said this would happen within 5 years, and it took much less than that. This is another nail in the coffin of the California business person. If a small business has 5 employees, they have to pay for 30 weeks a year of non-productive time and basically cannot challenge the reason for the absence.
Workmen's comp rates are already driving shops to downsize, and many are outright leaving. Plastic bag mfgr in Los Angeles is moving 250 employees to Las Vegas. Says he can recover the $800,000 cost of move in under 3 years in workmen's comp costs alone. This calculation doesn't even take into consideration that Nevada doesn't have personal or Corp state income taxes. Davis is NUTS. Can't wait to see him go down in flames.

They're driving business away in California, same thing in NY, but it's mostly due to high taxes. And the more businesses that leave, the higher the taxes get to pay for the increasing social costs for the unemployed. This is how democrats run government. That's why I'm glad to see Davis being recalled, I hope he goes down in flames too along with every other liberal in the country.

It wont' be soon enough. He's selling out California to all the special interest because he knows the average citizen wants him gone. He's passing bills that he normally would not have passed since the recall was approved in order to increase his numbers with anti-recall folks. He plays dirty and he doesn't care what it costs California. This isn't about California, for Gray. It's about himself and keeping his job by any means necessary.

Arianna has the answer... tax the wealthy more and more so the poor can have their programs... like the almost 1/2 billion dollar after-school program Arnold helped to push through last year.
