I like Spencer and Busch, but Robbie Gordon saying Busch has an ass-kicking coming? Pot, Kettle, Black?

I approve: I'm tired of the newer, sissified NASCAR. I liked it better when things were settled up after the race. I can just imagine what's going to happen at Bristol. :-)

This reminds me of an incident a few years ago when the person giving the command to start the race said it thusly:
"Gentlemen, and Jimmy Spencer, start your engines!"
Sums it up nicely.

That was John-Boy Isley of the John-Boy & Billy morning radio program.

My opinion? Glad you asked. It's about time Spencer busted that punk right in the nose. Mike Helton is turning a blind eye to the crazy driving of all the "young guns" and this is what happens.
As far as Busch is concerned? He should have left his helmet on until he made it to the garage.

Look at the up-side of this, Kurt Busch can now sport yet another corporate logo on his car. That being Johnson & Johnson, makers of a fine assortment of bandages and gauzes for the treatment of cuts and abrassions inflicted by track crashes and fast-flung fists.

Between these two and Gordon and Harvick, Bristol should be a good race.
I think NASCAR should just let these guys do whatever they want. I was saying to my friend yesterday that I wish they never made Stewart go through all that anger management therapy. It was so much more fun watching his tempor flair.

Spencer should have been man enough to give Busch a chance to fight back.

Do you honestly think Busch would have taken the opportunity to fight back if it was offered? He's a 165lbs soaking wet and wouldn't do anything to anyone unless surrounded by his steel playpen. That's the problem. These kids are cowards and don't realize that the stupid things they do on the track have dangerous ramifications.

It's not OK to be a coward just because you don't think your opponent will be able to fight back.

If the owners don't like these drivers they wouldn't give them cars to drive.

NASCAR spoke with both drivers about the incident that occurred today. NASCAR officials get their training from the WWE.

One came last August in the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis. After Spencer hit Busch from behind, knocking him into the wall, Busch gestured at Spencer as he drove by and later called Spencer a "decrepit old has-been." Actually, Busch said Spencer was A NEVER-WAS, which is entirely correct.

My opinion? Glad you asked. It's about time Spencer busted that punk right in the nose. Mike Helton is turning a blind eye to the crazy driving of all the "young guns" and this is what happens.Hogwash. The thing I like about the young guns like Newman, Harvick, Junior, and Busch is their drive to win, even if it means some bump and run and other risky moves. Too many of the older drivers in NASCAR are content to finish well and work the points battle, give me a win at all costs guy any time. Crap, watching the guys in the 60s and 70s and there was plenty of feudin' and love taps to go around. Hell, the new guys have injected some great feuds and rivalries, something that sadly slipped away with the untimely death fo Earnhardt.
As well, Jimmy Spencer criticizing anyones driving strikes me as hypocritical. He didn't get the "Mr. Excitement" tag for nothin'.

They make a lovey couple, have they been married long?
But all seriousness aside, I always try to tune them in when I'm down south. I especially enjoy the commentary by the old fart, Raiford?
And since you asked, it's always nice to see a little passion from the drivers, other than Rusty-esque sniveling to an interviewer after a race. However, I have to say that it is beyond time that Spencer be banished to the Truck Series. He's wrecked more people in one weekend that most drivers had in their careers.
Anyway, he's a Yankee!

Kurt Busch is a snot-nosed little rich boy who has never been told 'no' before in his life. So he gets in a pissing match with another driver and the guy busts him in the chops. Does he fight back? No. He calls the police. The snot-nosed little rich kid pattern continues.
